Booking terms

This is what applies when you book, cancel, register players and pay with us.

Booking

  • You must be at least 18 years old to book. When you book, you automatically become the person responsible for the booking.
  • Please note that you are not booked until we have sent a booking confirmation. It is therefore important that you check that you have received the booking confirmation.
  • Your email address may be saved so that we can contact you in the future with offers for previous customers.
  • If you book by SMS, chat or phone, it is important to check that you have received the confirmation – it may, for example, have ended up in your spam folder, or the wrong email address may have been written down. Your booking stands whether or not you have read the confirmation. We take no responsibility if the wrong email address is used or if you have not read the confirmation.
  • We always recommend booking through the booking form on the website.
  • If you book by phone, you automatically accept our booking terms.

Cancellation rules

  • The person responsible for the booking is responsible for cancelling in time if you want to avoid being charged for a game that will not take place.
  • Free cancellation must be made no later than two (2) working days before the game. We charge 100% of the game fee if you cancel with less than two (2) working days left before the game, or if you do not show up at your booked time. The game fee is based on the agreed price for the number of registered players.
  • Cancellations must always be made in writing by email, and you will always receive a confirmation that the booking has been cancelled. If you do not receive one, the booking is not cancelled – in that case call us and we will help you send a written cancellation, or email again.

  • If you book within two (2) working days of the game, you have until 19:00 the same day to cancel free of charge, as long as you are not booking a game for that same day. For late cancellations we charge 100% of the agreed price for the number of registered players.
  • If you book a game for the same day, you cannot cancel free of charge. For late cancellations we charge 100% of the agreed price for the number of registered players.
  • Free rebooking must be made no later than 1 working day before the game.
  • A rebooked time cannot be cancelled free of charge if the first rebooking was made after the cancellation deadline had passed.
  • The booking is for a fixed day and time. There is therefore no right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. The cancellation rules above apply instead.

Players

  • Enter the correct number of players when booking. If you are unsure how many you will be, make a reasonable estimate to the best of your ability and get back to us with the number as soon as you know.
  • You have plenty of time to find out how many you will actually be. You can adjust the number of players up until 2 hours before the start of your booked time.
  • We have set a minimum of 6 players for private groups. You can of course play with fewer players, but we always charge full price for at least 6 people unless otherwise stated when booking or in the information about the package.
  • Note! It is important that we know how many you will be, since we prepare your starter packages in advance so that everything is ready when you arrive. We charge the full cost for the number of filled starter packages.

Age rules

  • As the person responsible for the booking, you are responsible for the group and their safety.
  • We do not accept anyone under ten (10) years of age for Low Impact (.50 cal) paintball.
  • We do not accept anyone under thirteen (13) years of age for Standard (.68 cal) paintball.
  • Children aged 10–15 must have an adult on site (1 is enough for the whole group) who takes responsibility for them during the game.
  • Children aged 16–17 must have an adult on site (1 is enough for the whole group) or bring a permission slip. If an adult is with you, no permission slip is needed. Permission slip.

Payment

  • The person responsible for the booking is responsible for making sure that payment is made and that the correct number of players is registered. We reserve the right to invoice the person responsible for the booking if all or part of the payment is not made.
  • Payment is normally made on site by Swish or card – preferably as one joint payment.
  • If you want to pay by invoice, you need to let us know no later than 2 days before the game. You must then provide us with invoice details – personal identity number/company registration number and any reference number.
