How it works
Buy & redeem
-
Scan & pay
Open the QR code page in the Swish app and choose “Skanna kod” (Scan code). The phone’s built-in camera then starts, and the QR code is read automatically when you point the phone at the code and make sure it is visible in the frame.
-
Save the confirmation
As usual, you get a confirmation of your Swish purchase, which is stored in your Swish history under Händelser → Skickade (Events → Sent). It can be shown as a valid gift card. You will also receive a gift card by SMS from iZettle to the number you paid from.
-
Book & play
Anyone who buys a gift card from us gets an SMS receipt for the purchase. The receipt shows your receipt number. You state this number when you book a time for your group. If you book through the booking form on the website, there is a field for the number.
Note! We currently process all gift card purchases manually. This means it can take up to 24 hours before your SMS receipt – which is also your gift card – appears on your phone.

Questions about gift cards
Good to know
Buy several gift cards at once
If you want to buy several gift cards in one transaction, simply change the pre-filled amount and the message to describe what you want your gift card to include.
Example: 4x Small, 1x Medium and 1x Large
We want 4x Small at 250 SEK each, 1x Medium at 350 SEK and 1x Large at 450 SEK. The total is therefore 1 800 SEK.
How do I use my gift card?
Anyone who buys a gift card from us gets an SMS receipt for the purchase. The receipt shows your receipt number. You state this number when you book a time for your group.
If you book through the booking form on the website, there is a field for the number. If you book by email, Facebook or phone, give us the same number that way. Of course you can also show it on site.
Can I save part of the gift card?
No, a gift card is redeemed in full on one and the same occasion. If you have a gift card for, say, 10 Small starter packages but are only 8 players, the 2 Small starter packages left over cannot be saved for a later occasion. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
