General terms Purchases, gift cards & VIP cards

About the terms

These terms apply when you use takeaimgotland.se and when you buy gift cards, VIP cards or other products from Take Aim Gotland – Action Center. For bookings of activities, our booking terms also apply, including the rules on rebooking and cancellation.

Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. You pay by Swish or card, on site or in advance according to the instructions you receive. We reserve the right to correct misprints and change prices. The price that applies is the one confirmed at the time of booking or purchase.

Gift cards

• The gift card can be used as payment for our activities.
• The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The gift card is a document of value. Keep it safe.

VIP cards

• The VIP card is personal and may only be used by the card holder.
• The card is valid per calendar year, until 31 December of the year it is bought, regardless of the date of purchase.
• The benefits included are described on the VIP page.
• If the card is used in breach of the rules, for example if the benefits are used to buy for others, the benefits may be withdrawn without a refund.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy a gift card or VIP card at a distance (for example via the website, by phone or by Swish), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, as long as the card has not been used. Let us know by email if you want to withdraw from your purchase.

Bookings of leisure activities on a specific date are not covered by the right of withdrawal. What applies to rebooking and cancellation is stated in our booking terms.

Safety and liability

• All participants must follow our game and safety rules and the instructor’s instructions. Anyone who does not may be excluded from the game without a refund.
• Participants under 18 must have a guardian’s consent.
• You are responsible for making sure your own clothes and belongings are suitable for the activity. We are not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings, except where the damage is due to negligence on our part.
• When renting equipment, our rental terms apply. You are liable for damage caused by negligence.

The website

Texts, images and videos on the website belong to Take Aim Gotland – Action Center or our partners and may not be used without permission. We strive to keep the information on the website correct at all times, but reserve the right to make corrections and changes.

Complaints and disputes

Not satisfied? Contact us first and we will try to find a solution. If we cannot agree, you as a consumer can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Swedish law applies to these terms.
